      研究方向

 

从事金属有机化学、药物绿色合成、不对称催化氢化、不对称氢甲酰化反应、线性氢甲酰化反应、金属催化聚合烯烃聚合和燃料乙醇等方向科学研究

 

      招收条件

 

在国内外知名大学博士研究生毕业,或所毕业学校相关专业所在学科居于教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心公布的最新全国一级学科排名的前10%;或师从名师(国家级人才工程获得者或学科领域重要科学家),研究课题为国家重点领域前沿课题。年龄35周岁以下,在境外高水平大学、研究机构交流学习或者工作1年以上者优先。

 

符合上述条件,且符合下列条件之一:

 

(1)     省、部级及以上优秀博士学位论文获得者;

 

(2)     以第一作者在JACS, ANGEW, NC,CHEM等顶级期刊发表学术论文1篇以上;

 

(3)     以第一作者在SCI一区(OL、CC等)及以上杂志或者在本学科重要期刊发表论文2-3篇;

 

(4)     作为第一发明人(列第二的,第一发明人应是该博士指导老师)获得国际发明专利2项及以上,或国内发明专利4项以上者。

 

      博士后待遇

 

1.        年薪到手约30-32万元(含市财政给予的免税生活补助18万元/年,五险一金,住房补贴,过节费等。)

 

2.        有申请基金或发表高水平文章的,有绩效奖励。

 

3.        海外博士留深圳工作可以申请孔雀计划160-300万免税住房补贴,孔雀计划A类300万,孔雀计划B类200万,孔雀计划C类160万。市政府对博士后出站后选择留(来)深圳从事科研工作,且与本市企事业单位签订3年以上劳动(聘用)合同的出站博士后人员,给予30万元资助,用于出站博士后科研投入或创新创业前期费用。符合市后备级人才条件(有国家博士后基金或者国自然青年基金结题即可)的可以申请获得160万免税住房补贴。

 

4.        学校提供餐补、高温补贴、过节礼品、生日礼品等福利。

 

5.        出站后表现优秀者可申请科研序列教授留校工作。目前课题组与德国多个高校、研究所的教授(包括F.Glorius, A. S. K. Hashmi, M. Beller, L. Ackermann, A. Studer等)和BASF(T. Schaub)等企业建立了良好合作关系,表现优秀者可以推荐过去进行进一步深造。另外,背景优秀者可以申请南科大Grubbs研究院青年学者项目,有机会去美国加州理工(R. H. Grubbs)、斯坦福(R. M. Waymouth)、麻省理工(S. Buchwald)、加州伯克利(D. Toste)等高校进行访问研究。

 

6.        可作为负责人申请国家自然科学基金及广东省、深圳市各类项目资助。

 

7.        博士后进站后可申请深圳市户口,住房及子女入学等后勤保障,按学校对博士后的规定统一办理。

      张绪穆课题组介绍

 

南方科技大学化学系张绪穆课题组成立于2015年,经费充裕,有较大的科研团队(包括研究副教授、研究助理教授、博士后,博士生、硕士生)。课题组实验室目前位于南方科技大学创园五栋六楼。课题组和化学系拥有HPLC、GC、LC-MS、GC-MS、手套箱等一流的科研设备,化学系拥有400、500兆核磁、HR-MS、元素分析、X-射线单晶衍射仪、X-射线粉末衍射仪、实时在线高压反应分析系统、平行反应仪等一系列大型精密分析仪器,南方科技大学另设有独立的分析测试中心,各种分析测试仪器齐全。本课题组为高标准化前沿课题组,所有工作人员均具有硕士及以上学历。实验室按国际标准建设,管理、实验室仪器设备均为全新,质量可靠,为工作人员提供一流的科研环境并且可以最大限度保证工作人员的人身安全及健康。

 

目前张绪穆课题组主要从事金属有机化学、药物绿色合成、不对称催化氢化、不对称氢甲酰化反应、线性氢甲酰化反应、二氧化碳还原等方向科学研究。涉及方面主要有铱、钌、铑及铁、钴、镍参与的氢化反应,含磷、含氮配体的设计。课题组在原创性磷配体的合成、应用方面做出过重大贡献,在烯酰胺,烯醇酯,脂肪酮,芳香酮,酯及酰胺等不饱和化合物催化氢化达到世界先进水平。近几年课题组在PNN pincer配体,PNNP等类型的配体设计方面也取得了突破性的进展。欢迎具有相关专业知识及立志于在有机合成创新创业做出卓越贡献的有志之士加入我们。张绪穆教授主页:http://chem.sustc.edu.cn/index.php/staff/details/tid/1.html

Recruitment AD for Postdoctoral Fellow by XUMU ZHANG’s Group

 

      Research areas

 

Xumu Zhang's research group is engaged in organometallic chemistry, green synthesis of drugs, asymmetric catalytic hydrogenation, asymmetric hydroformylation, linear hydroformylation, carbon dioxide reduction and other scientific research. The main aspects involved are hydrogenation reactions involving ruthenium, rhodium, iridium, iron, cobalt and nickel, and the design of phosphorus-containing and nitrogen-containing ligands.

 

      Job requirements

 

Graduated from a well-known university at home and abroad, or the subject of the relevant major of the graduated school, ranking in the top 10% of the latest national first-level disciplines published by the Ministry of Education's Degree and Graduate Education Development Center; or from a famous teacher (national talent project winner) or an important scientist in the subject area, the research topic is a frontier topic in the national key areas. Under the age of 35, it is preferred to exchange studies or work for more than one year in overseas high-level universities and research institutions.

 

Meet the above conditions and meet one of the following conditions:

 

(1) winners of outstanding doctoral thesis at the provincial, ministerial level and above;

 

(2) As the first author of at least one research paper in JACS, ANGEW, CHEM, NC and other top 5 chemistry journals.

 

(3) As the first author of more than 2 papers in OL, Chem. Commun and other top chemistry journals;

 

(4) As the first inventor (ranked second, the first inventor should be the doctoral instructor), who obtained 2 or more international invention patents, or 4 or more domestic invention patents.

 

      Welfares

 

1.       The level and salary of the postdoctoral employed is CNY 360,000, (including the tax-free living allowance given by the municipal finance of CNY 180,000 per year, Five social insurances and one housing fund, Housing allowance, holiday fees, etc.)

 

2.       If you have applied for a fund or published a high-level article, there is a performance reward.

 

3.       Overseas doctors who work in Shenzhen can apply for Shenzhen peacock talent plan, Shenzhen peacock talent plan A no less than CNY 3,000,000 tax-free individual subsidies, Shenzhen peacock talent plan B no less than CNY 2,000,000 tax-free individual subsidies, Shenzhen peacock talent plan C class not less than CNY 1,600,000 tax-free personal allowances. After the post-doctoral station, the municipal government chose to stay in Shenzhen to work in scientific research, and signed a post-doctoral post with a contract for labor (employment) for more than three years with the city's enterprises and institutions, and gave 300,000 yuan for scientific research investment or pre-innovation start-up costs. Those who meet the conditions of the city reserve level talents can apply for CNY 1,600,000 housing subsidies.

 

4.       Welfare: Five social insurance and one housing fund, meal allowance, festival allowance, high-temperature allowance, union welfare)*Note: “Five social insurance and one housing fund " refers to retirement insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance and housing accumulation funds. 5.       Outstanding researchers will be recommended to Grubbs Institute Youth Scholarship Program, which offers opportunities to do research in top research groups, such as Prof. R. H. Grubbs in Caltech, R. M. Waymouth in Stanford, S. Buchwald in MIT and D. Toste in Berkeley and others. In addition, Xumu has established very good cooperation with several German research groups such as Prof. F. Glorius, A.S.K. Hashmi, M. Beller, L. Ackermann, A. Studer and W. Leitner. With excellent performance in Xumu’s group, one will be strongly recommended to those groups though Humboldt Fellowship.

 

6.       Provide advanced scientific research environment, strong research academic atmosphere, and high-quality cooperation instructors. Those who perform well can apply for research professors.

 

7.       Can apply for Shenzhen citizen. The logistical guarantees for housing and children's school attendance shall be handled in accordance with the regulations of SUSTech on postdoctoral.

      About Xumu Zhang's Research Group

 

Xumu Zhang's research group was established in 2015 with abundant funds and a large research team (including research associate professor, research assistant professor, postdoctoral fellow, doctoral student, master student). The laboratory is located on the sixth floor of the fifth building of the SUSTech. The research group and department of chemistry has first-class scientific research equipment such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, SFC, GC-MS, glove box, react- ing IR 15 system, catalyst screening system, etc. The department of chemistry has 400, 500, 600 M NMR, HR-MS, and elements analysis, X-ray single crystal diffractometer, X-ray powder diffractometer, and other large-scale precision analytical instruments. SUSTech also has an independent analytical testing center with a variety of analytical testing equipment. This research group is a high-standardization front-end research group, all of whom have master's degree or above. The laboratory is built according to international standards. The management and equipment are all new and reliable. It provides a first-class research environment for the staff and can guarantee the personal safety and health of the staff.
